Total Infantry Casualties: Killed Or Died Of Wounds 74 Officers And 1234 Other Ranks, a total of 1,308. Of the dead Infantry only 91 men have identified graves in 14 different cemeteries. The overall proportion of the dead with no known graves is 93 per cent. There were 2,368 no-fatal Infantry casualties. Most were wounded But a small, unknown number, became Prisoners of War.
